Founded by
Yvette Kong
Yvette Kong founded Arelyx after a career spanning Olympic sport, education, mental wellbeing, and systems innovation.
As an Olympian and former MIT lecturer, she has worked across high-performance environments, academic teaching, social impact, and institutional wellbeing. She has served as a founding board member of Hong Kong's leading mental health charity Mind HK and as a Global Advisory Board member for lululemon’s mental wellbeing work.
Arelyx emerged from her lived and professional inquiry into one question: what enables humans to develop the capacity to adapt, discern, recover, communicate, and grow under complexity?
Today, that question is becoming infrastructure. Arelyx is supported by a growing circle of experts and collaborators contributing expertise across psychology, education, public health, technology, and institutional strategy.
